The initial consultation: You can send us an email, give us a call or fill out our contact form. Once we receive your inquiry, we will get back to you as quickly as possible to begin planning the catering portion of your big day.

The food tasting: We will schedule a private, complimentary food tasting for you at our commercial kitchen located close to historic downtown Anoka. We encourage you to ask any questions you might have during this time. You will leave the tasting with a thorough proposal in hand for our services (and a full stomach!). Our goal is to give you all the information you need to make the decision for you.

The final details: As your wedding approaches, we will contact you to finalize your menu and make any last minute changes to your services. We will continue to work closely with you, doing everything we can to make sure your event flows smoothly and efficiently. We will require your final headcount 14 days prior to your wedding, and final payment 10 business days in advance of the wedding.

The big day: On the day of your wedding, our staff will arrive at your venue and set up for the event. Our staff will ensure that all the details are carried out an that the reception space is set and ready to go when your guests arrive. From there, we will handle the preparation, serving and clearing of all the aspects of your meal, from butler passed appetizers to the main course to dessert service. Prior to leaving the facility, we will ensure that the catering kitchen is clean.
